Presale ticketing update

We are working hard to reconfirm our lineup following our decision to reschedule the festival. We're 95% there and will have more to share later this week. In the mean-time, we'd like those of you who have already purchased tickets to know the following:

All tickets sold to The Big Up 2010 previously scheduled in June will automatically be reusable for the new event dates August 5-7th 2010. You don't need to get a new ticket, your old one with the old date will be just fine. If you were on the will-call list, your name is still there.

We're also offering free admittance to a yet to be announced pre-party in the run up to The Big Up 2010 to all ticket holders who purchased prior to March 29th 2010. Make sure to bring your ticket for proof, will-call purchasers will be required to show matching ID.

We know not all of you will be available for these new dates, even though the show is bigger than ever. If you'd like a refund please send us an email or write a letter with the name you used to purchase your tickets to the contact at the bottom of this release.
